What We Need to Know
For all written applications please include the following details:

• The name and address of your organization including telephone and fax numbers.
• The name, title, telephone number and e-mail address of the contact person at your organization.
• Details about the specific event or program for which you are requesting funding (ex: date, time, location, target audience, etc.) 
• The amount requested from Hudson Bay Credit Union and how it will be used.
• How Hudson Bay Credit Union will be recognized for their involvement.
• Who the other major sponsor/donors are.
• The total target amount of the fundraising campaign.
• Identify any recognition opportunities for Hudson Bay Credit Union such as media exposure, tickets, signage, newspaper, radio thank yous, pictures, etc.
• Follow-up communication on if the fundraising efforts were reached and how Hudson Bay Credit Union was able to contribute to those efforts.
